Grant eligibility is subject to the Applicant demonstrating, using objective data, that it meets each of the following criteria:

1. The service rendered or activity performed is directly related to cancer prevention or cancer treatment in Travis County and each county contiguous thereto.
2.  An unfulfilled requirement exists in the community for the service or activity to be rendered or performed.
3.  Applicant is unable to provide the service or perform the activity without philanthropic funding.
4.  Applicant has the expertise necessary to render the service or perform the activity in a professional and cost effective manner.

Applicant is required to complete the Grant Application provided herein and submit it. Any action taken with regards to the Grant Application is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Shivers Cancer Foundation in its sole discretion.
